Using this website

Terms of use

Everything on this site is published in good faith and believed correct when it goes up. None of it forms part of a contract. Before you commit to a purchase or a lease, check the details that matter to you — in the papers and on site.

Property details

Areas, layouts, finishing levels, delivery dates and payment terms reach us from the owner or the developer. We publish them as given and check what can be checked, but we do not warrant them.

Read what is here as a description good enough to decide whether to view. What you rely on when you sign is the contract, the title documents, and your own inspection of the unit.

Prices and availability change

A price shown here may have moved since it was published, and a unit still on the site may already be under offer or let. We take listings down as they go, but there is a gap between a deal being agreed and a page coming down.

Ask before you plan around a particular unit. A message on WhatsApp gets you its current status.

Photographs and descriptions

A photograph shows a property as it was when it was taken. Between then and your viewing it can be repainted, emptied of its furniture, or change hands. Furniture in a picture is not necessarily part of the deal. Floor plans and dimensions are indicative.

Where a listing describes a compound, a view or a walking distance, that is our reading of the place rather than a measured guarantee.

The payment-plan calculator

It is a rough guide and nothing more. It spreads a price across a down payment and instalments so you can see the shape of a plan. It is not an offer, it is not a quotation, and no one is bound by a figure it produces.

The real schedule — the down payment, the number of years, the instalment dates, anything due on delivery — is set by the owner or the developer and written into the contract.

The site is not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or to let, and nothing you do on it reserves a property or creates a tenancy. Browsing, saving a unit to your shortlist, sending a form, messaging a consultant — none of it binds you and none of it binds us.

A sale or a lease exists once you and the owner sign a contract, and not before.

Reporting an error

If something on a listing is wrong, tell us and we will correct it or take the page down.

Send the property's reference along with what is wrong, to info@blackhorse.properties or on WhatsApp to +20 103 466 6676. An owner who finds their own unit described incorrectly should do the same.
