Two roles
- Sales agent
- You take your own clients and units through viewings, offers and contract.
- Team leader
- For an experienced agent who can lead. You sell the same way, and you supervise and guide a team, answerable for their figures alongside your own.

Blackhorse sets the direction, brings the enquiries and supplies the market data behind a price. The selling is yours, with a manager who sells on hand for a difficult price or a hesitant owner.
