A consultant prices a unit against the ones already sold in that compound: size, floor and sold price.
Where an enquiry lands
WhatsApp is the main channel. A message about a listing reaches the consultant holding that unit; one naming a compound goes to whoever works there.
Phone and email reach the same desk. A message is answered at any hour.
Head of sales
The head of sales works deals alongside the team. A difficult price or a deal slipping before signing goes to that desk.
The viewing route
Most viewings fall Thursday to Saturday. Your consultant plans the route so you cross a compound once.
