From message to contract

1. Your brief. Send budget, compounds, size and timing on WhatsApp.
2. The shortlist. Each unit comes with its price and the units it was priced against.
3. The viewings. Your consultant arranges them and comes with you. Most fall Thursday to Saturday.
4. The offer. We put it to the owner, negotiate on your instruction, and stay to contract and handover.

Our fee

The brokerage fee here normally falls to the buyer or tenant. Ours is in writing before any viewing, and the figure quoted is the figure you pay at signature.

Unadvertised units

The site shows what is on the market today. Many owners sell or rent without advertising, so your consultant keeps the brief open across Cairo and comes back when something matches.
